Delivery Policy:

We offer free shipping on all orders over 50 euros, within the Uk & Europe.

For orders under 50 euros, a flat shipping rate of 6.95 euros will be charged.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the items you have ordered, but we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you have any questions about your order or shipping, please contact our customer service team at swisscib@gmail.com.

Returns Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at swisscib@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
